At some point in the future I may be buying the _____ ______ __ _____, but I can't be sure yet.
This is kinda fun for me, but probably less so for you.
Going to the Renaissance Festival tomorrow. Woo! And, may I add, hoo! One second-to-last-chance to hang out with Rohini before she becomes (albeit temporarily) a long-distance friend.
Coffee-ed with Dave yesterday. Learned that the Riverside coffee shop on Main Street is no longer the Riverside, but the Bean something-or-other. And has been since the beginning of July. I take this as an indication that I need to spend more time appreciating my town, as I had clearly not walked through the historic disrict all summer.
I also saw a guy who definitely might have been Adam from my grade school class. I didn't approach him to find out for sure, as he was a member of the group hanging out outside the now-not-the-Riverside, wearing black and looking glum. There were quite a lot of those people last night. Besides, this way is a bit more fun.
Note to self: If you don't accept invitations when they are given, you have no right to complain that you are bored.
< musical interlude >
No matter if you're born to play the king or pawn
For the line is thinly drawn 'tween joy and sorrow.
So my fantasy becomes reality
And I must be what I must be and face tomorrow.
So I continue to continue to pretend
My life will never end
And flowers never bend with the rainfall.< /musical interlude >
