This is Maui! He is a yellow-sided green cheeked conure. He hatched on 1/30/09, and just joined our household yesterday.
Better pictures will come eventually, but right now he's cuddled up inside the hood of my sweatshirt, and I don't want to disturb him. He is a cuddly bird and super friendly. The breeder (a buddy of Sharif's) told us to make sure that he gets socialized with anyone who comes in the house, so people should totally come visit him!
