It's new to Columbia, and set back in a parking lot around a corner and another corner (with Rocky Run, if you know the area), and I don't think anybody has realized it's there yet. We went there at noon today, and there was no one in line ahead of us and the guy behind the counter was able to give us a tour of the menu and be charming for a second without anyone showing up behind us. Once I ordered, I was whisked down the burrito assembly line so fast that I was paying the Extremely Friendly Cashier before I even realized what was happening.
Basically, the experience was Chipotle without the wait. And with queso. We sat next to one of the huge sunny windows and ate our massive massive burritos and shared a side of chips & guacamole. All in all, it was a positive introductory visit.
Of course, now I really shouldn't have a quesadilla for dinner.
