I went to bed at 10:00 last night, and woke up feeling miles better than before. I'm still somewhat sniffly and coughy, but it's nothing compared to the misery of yesterday and the night before. I was even motivated enough to get out and clean off my car and drive to work instead of taking advantage of the "liberal leave" policy that came with the snow. Not that it was difficult driving. Aside from the unplowed roads within my neighborhood, I had no real problems. Very few people here today, though. I predict a quiet Friday.
Narnia tonight. Also dinner at Eggspectation. I'm excited about both of these.
Less exciting is that fact that at some point during my drive to work today, my watch exploded.
OK, not really. But it did stop (at 8:09), and the face is now all fogged up. I've had batteries die before, of course, but I'm thinking that the obstructing fog is going to mean that I have to get a new watch. Damn. I didn't want to have to go to any stores this weekend.
