Today we ask the question: Just how many times and in how many different ways can Joanna tell the same person "There is no one in this building who can help you with that problem. I can transfer you to the proper office. I have no way of making them pick up their phones. I am sure they do check their voicemail. Honestly, no one here can answer that question."
I'm sure she thought I was being rude after 5 minutes or so, but she was being actively horrible. If I hadn't been speaking in short, tense bursts, I would have been crying.
If she writes a letter of complaint to my supervisor, I am going to kick things.
