i'm hiring alan rickman to take over intercom duty

Am I to assume from the lack of response to the question in my entry yesterday that nothing whatsoever- of interest or otherwise- happened before the first commercial break in Lost?

It's Friday. I have slightly more than 2.5 hours left before I leave the office for the weekend. Tonight's activities are still nebulous. Tomorrow morning I will go to the blood donor center in Columbia and be sent away after about a half hour because of a 37% hematocrit level when I should have 38%. (This always happens. And I forgot to do the vitamin/supplement thing that I always mean to do ahead of time.) That night I will attend wowbagger's performance of The Princess Bride in College Park. Sunday . . . lazy? Sounds good to me.

Right now, I am supposed to be composing congratulatory letters to people from the CEO, based on letters that have been received praising them. I know so little about the business of the agents, however, that these letters are full of fluff and vagueness. And I feel rather silly writing such complimentary stuff to people that I've never met. As a result, it takes a long time to complete one. I'd love to do a fill-in-the-blanks type thing, but I've been specifically instructed that these are not supposed to read like form letters. Oh well. I can deal. Back to it.
