Last night
afterknowledge and I were provided dinner by wowbagger, who apparently keeps her thai peanut sauce in the bag with the soap. We had peanut and curry chicken noodles followed by peanut butter cup pie, and we performed dramatic readings of movie reviews. Later there was music downstairs and Yahtzee and hot chocolate and more peanut butter cups. I had to explain Yahtzee to the Guy With The Laptop, who didn't think it sounded like much fun. I assured him that it is. Far fewer people in the coffee shop this week, which made me happy, as I was able to sit down, as well as- you know- breathe.I have been promised a big stack of work from accounting today, so that probably means I'll be kept busy for about an hour. Maybe 90 minutes. It may not sound like much, but compared to yesterday, that's a veritable heap of work. It's always nice to know that your skills are being used to their fullest potential.
