One song makes me want to play Kings Quest 6. I'm sure Erica can guess which.

Air Force One is the "Monday Night Blockbuster" on TV tonight. Ads for this prompted me to tell all those sitting near me on the couch about Hail to the Chief, the pretend movie in which Harrison Ford ran for president against God. Now they think I am weird. But I know that I brought it on myself.
I am so tired at this moment. I got up at 6:00am today (as everyday, along with all other residents here) and worked from 7:30am until 5:00pm, without stopping at all. Constant movement. No food. It was stupid, I know, but when you're getting paid per plant "wrapped"- rather than an hourly wage- every second counts. I'm currently earning $.30 (yes, thirty cents) per plant. Pay day is thursday, so we'll see how that works out for me.
Before I left Motueka, I received two CDs that Erica had made and sent to me. As she had not written on the discs, they were identical and therefore indistinguishable once removed from their cases. I felt it neccessary to title them and make use of my Sharpie. (I know I am not the only one who finds joy in the use of of Sharpie. Right?) Anyway, one of them is now called EVERYTHING except a harpsichord solo and the other is You're a Bad-Hearted Boy-Trap, Babydoll (Oh, the vibes! The vibes!). Yes, believe it or not, these are descriptive titles.
Must finish this before the timer runs out and turns off the computer. Ciao.
Hee. I like your titles. But boy, $0.30 a plant? Criminy.
A song that makes you want to play King's Quest 6? Ho boy. I know I should
be able to guess this, but.... let me think on it.
Nope. Got nothin'. Hint?
$.30 per plant sounds like not a lot, but if you can do, say, a million plants per hour... think of the profits! And are you saying the CD w/out harpsichord doesn't have The Distance
Sharpie, sharpie, ra! ra! ra!
I want to hear those CDs.
My life improved significantly after I began carrying a Sharpie around in high school. Never knew there were so many things that needed to be written on before...
How long does it take you to earn those $.30, on average?
Once I worked at a summercamp where, I calculated, I was paid $.81 an hour. But the kids were adorable and the work was a lot lighter than I'd imagine the work you're doing. Plus we got to go into the camp kitchen at night and eat however much we wanted! Mmm, feasts.
Whoops, sorry... didn't mean to address the comment to you.
Wait a sec. Is it "Dem Bones"?
Nope! "Don't Pay the Ferryman"!
But you got the bones part right, anyway.
Damn! How did I forget that!
Hilarious song. "DON'T DO IT!"
Good Lord, I love a Sharpie!
