But otherwise life is fine. I'm in Auckland, and not doing much. I need to decide where I want to go, and just go there. Only then will I be able to look for a place to live and a place to work. Yes. What a plan.
I got eight rolls of film developed yesterday. Eight rolls! That's ridiculous! But some of the photos turned out amazingly well, and I am really looking forward to showing them all to people. So beware! I'll have even more pictures taken by the time most of you see me next, and you'll pretty much be doomed to looking at them all. Mwahahaha!
I'm in a weird mood this morning. I can't explain it, but I'm sure it has something to do with being on my own for the first time in a month. I'm liking the peace, but at the same time it's disconcerting to be on no particular schedule and not to have anyone I know nearby.
Hmm. Not much to say, really. Spent nearly four hours last night updating my paper journal- I hadn't written in seventeen days, and I wanted to get everything down in some form before I forgot it all. I can't possibly do that much here. It would take forever, and get really expensive. But if you want to see some pictures that I didn't take, you can go to this website, which is the photo site of a guy who was on the trip around the South Island. Most of the pictures are of things I saw, and a few of them even have me in them! Whee!
