My heart is human, my blood is boiling, my brain IBM.

Last night I dreamed of kisses from various fictional males. Then of flirting with Jack In The Billing Department, a person with whom I've exchanged possibly as many as two sentences in waking life, and who holds the dubious honor of being the guy at work who is my age but doesn't work in the pharmacy. The flirting was mainly of the coy smiles and covert winks variety. Cute and sweet and terribly innocent, but still an unexpected dream. (But then, since when are dreams predictable?)

If you ever decide that you want to make Joanna extremely happy, and it is within your power to do so, you can arrange to have Ewan MacGregor sing "Beyond the Sea" to me, and you may be assured of achieving your goal. I'm sure I would provide a much more satisfactory duet partner than Cameron Diaz. The first time I watched A Life Less Ordinary, I was sitting in my dorm room and enjoying it well enough, but Sarah and Rohini knew what was coming and were anticipating my reaction. For a couple of minutes, it became a contendor for Best Movie Ever. It was a singer/song combination that could have been specially picked for Joanna-pleasing.

My Grandma arrives tomorrow from Oklahoma. Hooray for Grandmas! (Which reminds me, I really ought to sign her Mother's Day card. Heh.)
