About Going to see I Am Legend yesterday, so soon after reading World War…

Going to see I Am Legend yesterday, so soon after reading World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War, had an impact on my dreams. I did not feel particularly rested when I woke up this morning. And lord, that movie was stressful.

Sharif and I went to the mall yesterday to redeem the gift certificate he gave me for Christmas for the Build-A-Bear Worshop. I've been talking about that place since it opened up, and now I've finally done it. My bear's name is C. E. Flufferton III. Perhaps incongruously, he wears a leather jacket and aviator sunglasses. He's pretty cool.

We went to the movie after the Building of the Bear, using another Christmas gift certificate. Once we got home, we decided that it was a pretty nice evening to have someone bring us a pizza. And half an hour later, someone did. It was a good day.

Your bear name sounds good, but it would be even more aristocratic if you gave it a long middle name and wrote it out.

Example: Q. Worthington Herefordshire III, Esq.

You are probably right! But C E Flufferton III is already printed out on his birth certificate, so it's too late for edits. (You have to sit down at a computer and name him right there at the store. It's a little stressful. But at the end, you get a "birth certificate" with his name, birthday, height, weight, eye color . . . It's so silly. And fun.)

That sounds silly, and it seems like nothing I would do.

But I totally get why you like it. :) Go Fluffy! (You should call him Fluffy.)

Do the C and E stand for anything or does your bear have names that are really just letters?

I want to build a bear... i took my little cousin when he was two, but thats fairly young to go so i dont think it was as funa s it could have been since he was scared of some of the stuff then...
