So sleepy. I was sleepy all day yesterday, too, even though I slept until 11:00 and then spent the whole afternoon on the couch. We went to Sharif's parent's place in the evening, and I was useless conversationally, as my brain simply wasn't working well enough to be interesting. The food was good, though.

Saturday was pretty awesome. I had another private concert, in which rob and Sharif were having a practice session with Robby, who was to serve as percussionist for the ilyAIMY show that evening (Heather and Rowan were both scheduled to be elsewhere). I got to sit around Robby's place and play video games while listening. Robby even has a working NES, with Super Mario Brothers 3, so I was well entertained. Eventually we headed to Perk, where there was much relaxing in the shade and drinking of beer. There were also many bugs, but I seem to have come through without too many bites. I thought that the trimmed-and-then-augmented ilyAIMY lineup turned out quite well, and it was a good time.

Continuing to work backwards, Sharif and I went to the movies on Friday night to watch The Adventures of Sweaty Bruce Willis. That was both fun and ridiculous.

We went to see Mr. Willis yesterday... fun, ridiculous, and totally awesome.

Sunday afternoon on the couch sounds lovely... but definitely drowsy-making.

Sharif had to game yesterday, and it went longer than he expected, and he kept apologizing to me for being boring. And I kept insisting that it was fine, and that I was quite happy to laze on the couch or on the porch swing. Because it was true. Man, I wish I could do that again today.
